Dear St. Jude School Alumni,

We are so proud to have an engaged network of St. Jude School alums.  Many of you are current parents, teachers, and parishioners! We welcomed back many of you to the school via our Facebook and Instagram pages and most especially during our All-Class Reunion in the fall of 2018.

So many people called St. Jude School their home – dating back to the Class of 1964!  We have accumulated over 700 email addresses and Facebook friends to share information about the good news of St. Jude School. But now it's time to do something more continuous, more permanent, and we are turning to you for some help.

We are planning to establish an Alumni Committee made up of St. Jude Alums, who will take charge of the communication efforts needed to engage all of our Alums.  While this sounds like an enormous task, we do have a good start! What we now need is a group of dedicated alums to make our St. Jude Alumni outreach the envy of all other schools.

Here are some of the efforts we need this Sub-Committee to address:

• Continue to build our alumni list
• Establish ambassadors for each graduating class
• Develop and expand other means of alumni communication (Twitter, etc.)
• Plan and organize Alumni gatherings – both casual and official
• Develop an alumni newsletter

 An Alumni Committee of 6 to 8 energized people can make this effort an unqualified success without burdening any one individual.  You'll reconnect with your class and the ones before and after you.  And unite all the SJS grads, including the members of the earliest classes of our school!

We anticipate you spending no more than a few hours a month on this project – most of it done from home.
